Amy Daws, PCC
ICF Professional Certified Coach
Amy is the founder of Growing Global Leaders, a coaching and consulting organization dedicated to developing leaders with cultural awareness and the skills to build effective, productive relationships in diverse work environments. As a dual UK and US citizen and a bilingual Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Amy brings extensive expertise from senior executive roles in HR and Communications. With over 20 years in leadership development on both sides of the Atlantic, Amy has coached executives at global organizations such as Colgate-Palmolive, Sumitomo, and Azenta Life Sciences. Her clients span all levels—from emerging leaders to C-suite executives—in fields as varied as education, technology, and science. Amy holds an MA in Global Leadership and a BA in Communications with a minor in International Business. Amy has lectured for DeSales University’s MBA program and has taught students in the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) program since 2018. As a certified Designing Your Life facilitator, she applies innovative techniques to help clients and students successfully navigate personal and career transitions. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking and cycling.

Sandi Stewart is an executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of organizational experience. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) with over 2,500 hours of coaching.Building the Core Competencies of Change: A Guide to Coaching in Organizations.
Sandi has a BA in Psychology and French from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia University. She was Adjunct Professor of Leadership Development for a Masters of Business program and a former manager with Johnson & Johnson, Hearst/ABC, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich and Ferrero, N.A. She serves on the ICF Independent Review Board and is the author ofRecent Publications and Professional Activities
